In the center of Jacksonville, Florida, at the Epping Forest Yacht Club, Darcy and Craig were married in a stunning and lavish ceremony. The charm and ambiance of their wedding day was enhanced by the historic architecture and English gardens. The ceremony and reception were set against the breathtaking panorama of the St. Johns River.

The morning of the Craig and Darcy’s wedding day was a time of great anticipation and joy. At a charming Airbnb in San Marco, Darcy and her bridal party began their wedding day in a happy and carefree atmosphere. Getting their hair and makeup done together was a wonderful chance for the group to spend time together and get pumped for the wedding. The historic home’s contemporary style offered a lovely, distinctive backdrop for super adorable bridal party photos! I loved their desire to incorporate a champagne pop in their pictures during their getting ready photos. It’s such a wonderful custom that really enhances the festive mood of the day! The bridesmaids wore matching green pajamas, which was a fantastic decision given that their bridesmaid dresses were also green!

Meanwhile, at Craig and Darcy’s house, Craig and his groomsmen began their day. As they got ready for Craig’s wedding, the guys had a few drinks, cooked up some food, and had some fun.

After preparations, the bride and groom, as well as the rest of the wedding party, arrived at the Epping Forest Yacht Club, where the groomsmen put on their boutonnieres and the bridesmaids added their finishing touches. With her ladies, Darcy had a dress reveal where they could see her in her all dressed up in her beautiful bridal gown. After that, Darcy and her father had a brief first look during which he got to see his stunning daughter all dressed up before “giving her away”.

Darcy and Craig then exchanged their first looks. They were able to have a special moment before the ceremony and share pre-ceremony vows. Craig’s tears during their first look are testimony of much his beautiful bride means to him, and how special that moment was for them. After the first look, we immediately started taking pictures of the bride and groom, the wedding party, and their immediate family.

The wedding ceremony was held in front of the venue’s lovely fountain stairway. They had a fantastic officiant! Before the wedding, the officiant posed questions to the couple and their close friends and family, and he incorporated their responses into the ceremony. It added an extra special touch because it was so personal and sweet.

Following the wedding ceremony, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour by the English garden fountain while Darcy and Craig took some post-wedding photographs in the yacht club’s harbour. Due to the fact that we took the majority of their photographs prior to the ceremony, Darcy and Craig were able to spend a significant amount of cocktail hour celebrating with their guests.

The Dupont and Mason room on the second floor of the Epping Forest Yacht Club served as the setting for their wedding reception. White tablecloths, baby’s breath flowers, greenery, soft candlelight, and gold accents were used to decorate the tables. It was really mesmerizing!

I’ve chosen a few of my favorite pictures from their wedding day to share with you here. I am so thankful for Darcy and Craig inviting me be a part of such a beautiful day, and trusting me to capture it! Truly, it was a honor!
